At the start of your tenancy you will need to pay = 

First month's rent up front

+ Bond (one month rent + £100 refundable upon departure)

+ Broadband connection fee (£75+VAT)

For example, if your rent is £365+VAT you would pay = 

£365+VAT

+ £465+VAT

+ £75+VAT

= £905+VAT and £365+VAT per month thereafter
