We ask you not to alter the decor or layout of the office and to return the office to its original state if you were ever to leave Dragon House.
The exterior, fabric and communal areas of the premises are our responsibility. The interior of the office will be let to you in a good and habitable condition and it is your responsibility to maintain this standard. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover appropriate for your business. On vacating the premises you must return it to the same standard as you found it.
You will be allocated one parking space in the carpark of Dragon House. There is further ample free parking available on the roads surrounding Dragon House.
Yes, the meeting room is available for hire on a first come, first serve basis via a booking process for £20+VAT per hour payable via Direct Debit.
You can have 24 hour access to your office, however outside of standard office opening hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm) you may be required to lock the main door and alarm the building.
When you join us at Dragon House we will require your bond and one month's rent up front via card payment or BACS. Rent will be payable on a monthly basis thereafter via bank transfer.
